摘要
本工作对α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯与Fe^3+的显色条件进行了系统的研究。结果表明:在酸性水溶液中,α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯与Fe^3+生成紫色的稳定配合物。最大吸收波长位于555nm处。其吸光度值与α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯浓度在0.05%--0.50%范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,相关系数为0.9999。加标回收率为98.52%--01.22%。该法用于α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯工业化生产过程中的质量控制。获得与气相色谱测定相吻合的结果。
The optimum conditions of the color reaction of 2 - Acetylbutyrolactone with iron( Ⅲ ) is studied and reported in this paper. In acid aqueous solution, ABL can react with iron( Ⅲ ) to form a stable complex, λmax=555nm, Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0.05% ~ 0.50%, R = 0.9999. The recoveries of standard added samples are 98.52% ~ 101.22%. This reaction has been employed for the quality control of 2 - Acetylbutyrolactone in the process of industrial production. The result is close to the number which measured by gas chromatography.
