表面活性剂和CaCl_2作凝固剂凝固天然胶乳的研究

Study on the coagulation of natural rubber using surfactant and calcium as the coagulant

研究了十二烷基硫酸钠和CaCl2作为天然胶乳的凝固体系对天然胶乳的凝固效果和天然橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,当天然胶乳的浓度为25%,十二烷基硫酸钠为0.05%和CaCl2为0.1%时,天然胶乳的凝固效果较好,同时天然橡胶具有较好的综合性能。

The effects of sodium dodecyll sulfate and caclcium chloride on natural rubber latex coagulation effect and properties were investigated. The results showed when the concentration of natural rubber latex is 25%, the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0.05% and calcium is 0. 1%, the natural rubber latex has the best coagulation effect and good mechanical properties of natural rubber.
