联氨还原法制备镍纳米棒

Preparation of nanosized nickel rods by hydrazine reduction

摘要 以高分子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为软模板,采用水合肼在水体系中还原镍盐而得到镍纳米棒,通过XRD确认该种方法合成的镍纳米棒具有fcc相;XPS的表征结果显示:镍纳米棒表面价态为零价,说明制备过程中没有被氧化;用TEM对其表面形貌进行了分析,结果发现镍纳米棒的长度500~650nm,直径约为50nm,在正己烷中分散效果较好。 Nickel salts were reduced by hydrazine in the water system to synthesize nanosized nickel rods by using the macromolecule polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as the soft template. The structure and the surface valency state of nanosized nickel rods were characterized by XRD and XPS, the result showed that the nickel rods consisted of fcc phase. TEM image indicated that the nickel rods were close to 500 - 650 nm in length and the diameter was about 50 nm. The nanosized nickel rods were dispersed well in hexane.
