微波辐射纳米Nd_2O_3催化合成肉豆蔻酸乙酯 被引量:1

摘要 以肉豆蔻酸和无水乙醇为原料,以纳米Nd2O3为催化剂,利用微波技术合成了肉豆蔻酸乙酯。探讨了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、醇酸摩尔比及催化剂用量等对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明:较佳的反应条件为:在肉豆蔻酸用量为0.1mol时,n(无水乙醇)∶n(肉豆蔻酸)=3.0∶1,纳米Nd2O3催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,微波功率为400W,辐射时间为15m in,酯化率可达95.0%以上。 Ethyl myristate was synthesized by tetradecanoic acid and ethanol,catalyzed by nanometer Nd2O3 and accelerated with microwave irradiation. The effects of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, mole ratio of ethanol to tetradecanoic acid and the amounts of catalyst on esterification reaction conversion were discussed. The experimentation results showed that the esterification yield was more than95% under the optimum preparation conditions : the mole ratio of ethanol to tetradecanoic acid was 3.0 : 1 ( for 0.1 mol of tetradecanoic acid ), the quantity of catalyst was equal to 2.0% by mass of the total feed stock, and the microwave irradiation time was 15min with power of 400W.
