AM/AA/AMPS反向悬浮聚合物对BSA的吸附研究

摘要 本文采用AMPS和AA以及AM共聚合,用合成的树脂对牛血清蛋白进行吸附。考察了不同吸附时间、不同单体配比合成的树脂及所吸附的BSA溶液的不同浓度对吸附的影响。结果表明,在吸附时间为3h,吸附浓度为0.3%(质量比)时,单体配比为AMPS所占质量百分比为30%的AM/AMPS二元共聚物对BSA的吸附最好,吸附量为1.33mg.g-1。 We adopted the AMPS to come together weith AA and AM. These synthetical resins were used as a kind sorbent of bovine serum zlbumen(BSA) ,which was a kind of biological macromolecule. The influences of adsorb time and concentration of BSA to the sorption of these resins were measured as well as the monomer molar ratio of these resins. The results showed the copolymer of AM/AMPS produces a best sorption ,which was 1.33mg · g^-1 ,in the solution of 0.3% BSA ,when AMPS was 30% and adsorb time was three hours.
