循环流化床的膨胀与密封是锅炉在运行维护及大检修过程中必须注意的问题。这两点也是保证锅炉长周期运行及清洁运行的前提。就黑化集团使用循环流化床锅炉多年的经验,简要叙述锅炉中各膨胀节的安装方法,损坏方式及在运行中需要注意的几个问题,并加以分析、总结。

The expansion and seal of circulating fluidized bed were important in boiler operating and overhaul, which also were preconditions of long - period and clean operating. The method of installation of expansion joint and damage were introduced briefly, and a couple of problems in operating were analyzed and summarized over years of experience of operating circulating fluidized bed in Heihua Group.
