摘要 本实验用醋酸乙烯酯作主单体,丙烯酸作功能单体,聚乙烯醇作乳胶保护剂,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作增塑剂,过硫酸铵引发制备新型白乳胶。本文讨论了引发剂用量、反应温度、功能单体、增塑剂对白乳胶性能的影响。研究结果表明,反应温度控制在72℃左右,反应5h制备乳液,增强了白乳胶的剪切强度、耐冻性和耐水性。 A kind of modified white -latex was prepared by using vinyl -acetate as functional monomer, acrylic - acid as modified monomer, poly ( Vinyl Alcohol ) as protective agent, di - n - butyl phthalate as plasticizer and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The effects of initiator concentration, reaction temperature, functional monomer plasticizer on properties of polyvinyl acetate emulsion were discussed. The results showed and reaction temperature was controlled about 72℃, reaction time was 4h, the sheafing strength, waterproofness, and freeze resistance of this white latex were improved each other.
