本文根据国内外海上平台火炬系统的设计与实践,分析和介绍了平台上常见的事故以及各种事故状态下气体泄放量的计量公式,并在此基础上就火炬系统设计泄放量的确定原则和计算方法作了较全面的论述。
The paper, according to the design and practice of flare systems on foreign and domestic offshore platforms, analyses and introduces the accidents often seen on the platforms and the formula for calculating the release quantity under various accidental status. Based on the above works, the determination principle and calculation method of design release quantity for flare system are described fully.
