彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌45例分析

The analysis of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography diagnosis of 45 cases of breast cancer

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法超声检查45例乳腺癌患者,总结肿块部位、形态、大小、边界、内部回声,以及彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)等超声影像学特征。结果45例乳腺癌肿块为明显低回声,具有边缘呈"菜花状"、"毛刺状"、"蟹足状"、肿瘤内钙化灶等特点。结论彩色多普勒超声检查具有诊断率高,无痛、无创,并可多切面进行连续的动态观察,能测血流等特点,是诊断超声检查乳腺疾病的常规检查手段之一,对乳腺癌筛查、诊断及治疗方案的选择有较高的指导价值。

Objective To explore the value of two-dimensional and Doppler ultrasenography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with breast cancer were examined by two-dimensional And Doppler ultrasonography, and the positions, morphouses, sizes, margin, internal echo of the tumors and its hemodynamic features were observed. Results 45 cases of tumors appeared obviously low level echo and margin presented ＂cauliflower＂ or ＂sentus＂of ＂feet of crab＂ and internal microcalcifications of tumors were found. Conclusion The features of breast cancer in 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography are valuable to diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
