摘要
目的探讨乳腺病患者血清血管内皮生长因子-C(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-C,VEGF-C)水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(双抗夹心ELISA法)检测54例乳腺癌患者、30例乳腺良性疾病患者血清VEGF-C水平及30例健康者血清VEGF-C水平,并作对比分析。结果乳腺癌患者血清VEGF-C水平(6056.72±123.95pg/ml)明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤患者血清VEGF-C水平(5031.34±209.10pg/ml)及正常对照组血清VEGF-C水平(5029.58±210.86pg/ml),差异有显著意义(P<0.01);晚期乳腺癌(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)患者血清VEGF-C水平(5863.70±175.92pg/ml)较早期乳腺癌(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)患者血清VEGF-C水平(5267.72±170.3pg/ml)增高,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者血清VEGF-C水平(6369.27±162.49pg/ml)显著高于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌者(5784.90±147.14pg/ml)(P<0.05);手术前后患者血清VEGF-C水平有明显差异(P<0.05);而不同肿瘤组织学类型的乳腺癌患者血清VEGF-C水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者血清VEGF-C水平变化,有可能作为乳腺癌病情进展的动态监测及预后判断的新指标之一。
Objective To explore clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth faetor-C (VEGF-C) level of patients with breast cancer. Methods The sandwich enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) were used to measure serum VEGF-C level in peripheral blood in 54 cases of patient with breast cancer, and in 30 cases of patient with breast benign disease and in 30 cases of healthy people and compared them. Statistical analysis was performed by using the SPSS 10.0 software package. Results Serum VEGF-C level of patients with breast cancer (6056.72±123.95pg/ml) was significantly higher than that in patient with breast benign disease (5031.34±909.10pg/ml) and healthy people (5029.58±910.86pg/ml)(P〈0.01);The serum VEGF-C level was significantly higher in advanced stage(stageⅢ-Ⅳ)(5863.70±175.92pg/ml) than that in early breast cancer patients (stage Ⅰ -Ⅱ )(5267.72±170.3pg/ml)(P〈0.01); The serum VEGF-C level in breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis (6369.27±162.49pg/ml) was higher than that in breast cancer patients without (5784.90± 147.14pg/ml)(P〈0.05); The serum VEGF-C level in patient with breast cancer was affected by surgery (P〈0.05); But there was not significantly different comparing among histologic subtype of breast cancer (P〉0.05). Conclu. sion The level of serum VEGF-C may be used as a new tumor marker of breast cancer, so as to monitor the progress of the disease and prognosis index.
