目的:为蘡薁的鉴别提供方法和依据。方法:对蘡薁从性状、显微特征和薄层色谱方面进行鉴别。结果:确定了药材性状、显微鉴别特征;薄层色谱鉴别试验效果和重现性满意。结论:本方法简便易行,适用于蘡薁的鉴别,可为蘡薁的开发利用、质量控制提供方法和依据。

OBJECTIVE： To provide basis for the pharmacognosia identification of Vitis Adstricta.METHODS： The property, microscopic feature and TLC feature of the Vitis Adstricta were identified. RESULTS： The property and microscopic feature of the Vitis Adstricta have been established, and the results and the reproducibility of TLC identification test were satisfactory. CADNCLUSION： The method is simple and feasible, and applicable for the identification of Vitis Adstricta, and it serves as a scientificbasis for the development and utilization and the quality control of Vitis Adstricta.
