鹅卵泡选择过程中差异表达基因的初步探索 被引量:2

摘要 采用银染mRNA差异显示技术筛选并克隆鹅卵泡选择过程中差异表达的基因片段,测序后在Genbank中进行Blast检索分析其同源性。共获得5个差异片段(EST,表达序列标签),经Blast同源性分析发现1个与人甲硫氨酸腺苷基转移酶Ⅱβ亚基(MATⅡβ)同源,同源性为95%,另一个与鸡mKIAA0840基因同源,同源性为94%,其余3个与已知基因或序列无任何同源性,可能是尚未发现的新基因。本研究结果显示鹅卵泡选择过程中的基因表达存在差异,筛选出的5个EST的全序列和功能有待于进一步深入研究。 Genes differentially expressed during follicle selection in goose were screened and cloned by means of silver staining mRNA differential display,and their sequences were blasted in GenBank. Five differentially expressed fragments (EST)were obtained,among these five fragments,two of them were homology with known gene,one was 95% homology with human MAT Ⅱβ subunit,the other was 94% homology with chicken mKIAA0840 gene;three of them were homology with unknown genes or sequences suggesting they might be new genes. The results indicated that there were differentially expressed genes during follicle selection in goose,the sequences and functions of these five EST needed futher research.
