介绍了锂电池保护IC的工作原理,设计了适合CMOS工艺的锂电池保护电路,符合低功耗,高精度的要求。
This paper analyzes the work principle of the Li - Ion battery protection IC. The specific circuit of this chip is got out. The results illustrate that the circuit achieves design goals on low current consumption and high accuracy voltage detection. It is suitable for protection of single - cell Li - Ion batterypacks.
