摘要
在钯膜反应器乙苯脱氢反应过程的实验研究和氢气在钯膜上渗透速率测定的基础上,利用文献上乙苯脱氢的反应动力学模型,建立了由简到繁的三种钯膜反应器中乙苯脱氢反应的数学模型,并进行了模拟计算。结果表明,计算值与实验值吻合较好,相对误差小于8%。
The process of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in a palladium membrane reactor was studied through experiments and the permeating rate of hydrogen on the palladium membrane was determined in this paper.Three mathematical models of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in the reactor were set up and simulated calculation were carried out with the aid of kinetic model of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene in the literature.The results show that the models agree well with the experiments,the relative error is within 8%.
