摘要
用自制的光导吸收池,对光导光度分析法测定原油、柴油中痕量钒(V)进行了研究。结果表明,采用100cm长的光导吸收池比采用1cm吸收池的一般光度分析法,灵敏度提高近130倍。在60v%二甲基亚砜水溶液中和pH为0.3~5的盐酸或硫酸条件下,V-PAR-H2O2形成稳定的三元络合物,其最大吸收波长为550nm,并可在含氟塑料光导吸收池中进行吸光度的测量。方法的线性范围为1~20ng/g钒,并有较好的选择性。采用干法灰化-过氧化钠熔融法,测定了原油、柴油中ng/g数量级的钒,其最大相对标准偏差为11.0%。
A method of optical waveguide spectrophotometry for determination of trace vanadium in crude oil and diesel oil has been described.Comparing with l cm cell,the sensitivity of 100cm optical waveguide absorpticn cell is increased more than one hundred times.In the water solution of 60%(v/v)dimethyl sulfoxide and at pH 0 3 to 5,vanadium forms a stable multicomponent complex with PAR and hydrogen peroxide,that gives an absorption maximum at 500nm.The absorption of the system can be measured by long optical wavguide cell,that is made of the fluorinated plastic tubing.The linear range of method for vanadium is 1~20ng/g.This method has a high sensitivity and a good selectivity for vanadium and has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of V in crude oil and diesel oil.The maximum relative standard deviation is 11%.
