摘要
用五孔球探针与热线风速仪测定了不同结构参数的PV型旋风分离器全空间内的三维速度分布,总结了入口气速与主要结构参数变化后对流场的影响规律,提出了相似放大的办法。结果表明,在旋风分离器的蜗壳顶部存在纵向二次流,在芯管下口附近存在短路流,在排尘口处有较强的灰斗返气。
Flow fields in PV type cyclone separators are meansured by means of five hole pitot tube and hot wire anemometer. The influences of inlet velocity V i and main configuration dimensions on flow field are shown,which give a solid base for scaling up of cyclone separator. It is noticed that there are several secondary flows that decrease the separation efficiency. They are secondary flow in the spiral inlet,short circuit stream and the flow into the dust hopper.
