复脉汤对大鼠充血性心力衰竭的干预研究

The Therapeutic Effects of Zhigancao Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure in Rat

目的探讨中药复脉汤对大鼠充血性心力衰竭的治疗作用。方法结扎大鼠左侧冠状动脉4周诱导充血性心力衰竭模型,复脉汤灌胃给药,以美托洛尔为阳性对照药,每日分别灌胃给药1次并测量体重,4周后测定血流动力学指标LVSP,LV+dp/dtmax,LV-dp/dtmax及生化指标AST,LDH,HBDH,CK及CKMB。结果复脉汤组大鼠体重有明显增长,能明显的增加反应心肌收缩功能的LVSP,LV+dp/dtmax,降低反应心肌舒张功能的LV-dp/dtmax,显著降低血清中升高的AST,LDH,HBDH,CK及CKMB。结论复脉汤对大鼠充血性心力衰竭有一定的疗效。

Objective To research the therapeutic effects of Zhigancao decoction on chronic heart failure in rat. Methods Zhigancao decoction was administered to rats in which chronic heart failure was induced by left coronary artery ligation for four weeks. The rats were divided into the following groups： Normal, coronary artery ligation （MI） ,MI ＋ Zhigancao decoction（i.g. ）, MI ＋ Metoprolol Tartrate（ 10 mg/kg i. g. ）. The agents had been given once a day. Results The systolic parameters of LVSP and LV ＋ dp/dtmax were decreased in model group, which were improved by Zhigancao decoction; The diastolic parameters of LV - dp/dtmax was decreased in model group, and was also improved by the treatment of Zhigancao decoction. The elevated serum levels of AST, LDH, HBDH, CK and CKMB were induced by the treatment of Zhigancao decoction. Conclusion Zhigancao decoction exerted beneficial actions in cardiac performance in models of chronic heart failure.
