电视腹腔镜在脑室-腹腔分流术中的应用

The Application of Hydrocephalus in Ventriculo-peritoneal Cavity Shunting

目的探讨电视腹腔镜在脑室-腹腔分流中的应用。方法脑积水患者均采用电视腹腔镜技术进行腹腔端分流管的放置。结果23例手术病人均置管顺利,术后近期无并发症发生。结论电视腹腔镜技术能较好的应用于脑室-腹腔分流术,减少患者术后并发症。

Objective To study the position of the tip of abdominal cavity of diflluence tube in ventriculo- peritoneal cavity shunting （V - P shunting）. Methods The dimuence tube of the tip of abdominal was placed with laparoscope in all 23 cases with hydrocephalus. Condusion The technique of laparoscope can be better applied to the V - P shunting.
