羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发的疗效分析

Clinial Result of Intravesical Instillation with HCPT for the Prevention of Opstoperative Recurrence of Bladder Tumor

目的评价羟基喜树碱（HCPT）膀胱内灌注,预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的近期疗效。方法对36例浅表性膀胱癌患者术后应用HCPT 20 mg/30 mL作膀胱内灌注,每周1次,共12次。以后1次/2周,共6次,然后1次/月,共6次,最后1次/3个月,共4次,持续2年。结果随访18-45个月,平均31.35个月,术后2年无肿瘤复发,2年后膀胱肿瘤复发2例,复发率5.5%。结论HCPT膀胱内灌注,预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发近期效果满意。

Objeciive To evaluate the early effect of intravesical instillation of bydroxycamptothecin（HCPT） for prevention of postorerafive recurrence of superficial bladder cancer. Methods 36 cases of patients wity superficial bladder cancer were included in this study.All patients received intravesical instillation of 20 nag HCPT,once a week for 12 weeds, and then once two seeks for 12 weeks,and then once a month for 6 months, and then once three months for 12 months untiU 2 years after surgery.Results All patients have been followed up 18 to 45 raonths, with a average of 31.35 months.No systematic adverse reaction has been observed in 2 years after surgery.It showed that tumor re - currence occurred only in 2 patients（5.5% ） after two years. Conclusion Postoperative intravesical instillation of HCPT for superficial bladder cancer has good prophylactic effects on the recurrence.
