摘要
介绍适宜于多组份体系饱和蒸气压测定的静态方法。试验装置用纯物质苯、正丁醇和正己烷以及二元体系正丁醇+正己烷验证,试验值与文献值符合良好。测定新疆原油200℃至500℃间每间隔25℃的13个窄馏份在系列温度下的饱和蒸气压,用Antoine方程分别进行了回归,给出关联参数值;还按Clausius-Clapeyron方程计算了各馏份在试验温度范围内的汽化焓。
A static method for the measurement of saturated vapor pressure of multicomponent systems is described.The instrument was checked by the vapor pressure determination of three pure substances,namely,benzene, n butanol and n hexane,and a binary system, n butanol+ n hexane.The deviations of experimental data from the reference values are less than 1%.Then,the saturated vapor pressure of thirteen narrow cuts of Xinjiang crude at an interval of 25℃ within the boiling range of 200~525℃ were measured under different temperatures.The experimental results were correlated by Antoine equation,the constants of which were obtained.On the basis of the measurements,the vaporized enthalpies of these petroleum fractions were also estimated from Clausius Clapeyron equation.
