Teaching reform in college English is a hot topic in education, in order to cater to this trend, College English Department in Shaoguan University adopts New Perspective English Learning System to carry on a trial for teaching reform. In this system there are four roles which have their own characteristics, they are different from the traditional education and have great advantages.
