摘要
水热脱铝是改进Y型分子筛水热稳定性和催化性能的重要方法。通过IR、XRD、TEM等多种分析测试手段对HY、NH4Y和USY分子筛的表征,对水热-化学法(从HY制备USY-Ⅱ)和水热法(从NH4Y制备USY-Ⅰ)两种不同制备方法得到的不同阶段样品的相对结晶度的变化规律进行研究。结果发现,从HY制备US-Ⅱ时,结晶度变化规律反常,即产品USY-Ⅱ分子筛结晶度大于水热脱铝前的先驱体HY分子筛结晶度,且USY-Ⅱ产品结晶度高达92%,该产品同时具有足够多的适合重质油加工的二次孔结构。
The hydrothermal dealumination is a major way for improving thermal stability and catalytic activity of Y type molecular sieves. The changes in relative crystallinity of molecular sieves made by hydrothermal-chemical dealumination (for preparation of USY- Ⅱ from HY ) and hydrothermal dealumination (for preparation of USY- Ⅰ from NH4Y ) at different stages of treatment were investigated through characterization of HY, NH4Y and USY zeolites by IR, XRD, TEM, etc. An abnormal change in crystallinity was found during preparation of USY- Ⅱ from HY, i. e. the crystallinity of USY-Ⅱ zeolite is greater than that of HY zeolite with a crystallinity of 92%. The USY-Ⅱ zeolites thus made also have higher secondary pore volume.
