摘要
分别采用空气焙烧和水蒸气焙烧制备出REY分子筛,用XRD和IR方法考察了它们的结构稳定性和稀土迁移状况,并在纯烃做反及小型固定流化床装置上考察其反应性能,发现水蒸气焙烧能显著提高REY分子筛的稳定性和反应活性。
REY zeolites were prepared by calcination in air and steam separately. Their structural stability and ion migration of rare earth were examined by IR and XRD. The per formance of REY zeolites was evaluated in a pure hydrocarbon MAT and a bench-scale fixed fluid bed reactor- It was found that the stability and activity of REY zeolites can be greatly increased by calcination in steam.
