摘要
"公共利益"是个看似简单实则复杂,且十分重要的法律概念。考察探究公共利益的概念内涵、本质属性和典型特征,对于厘清其本来面目,从而为在物权征收的法律上,就其具体的内容、范围等予以立法明确,有着重要的理论价值和重大的现实意义。
＂Public interest＂ is a seemingly simple but complex and important legal concept. Its connotation, nature, and typical characteristics of aspects are explored, which is of theoretical value and practical significance for clarifying the essence of public interests and defining its specific content and scope in the legislation of property levying.
