磁场联合抗肿瘤药物治疗肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 磁场结合抗肿瘤药物作用于肿瘤细胞后能有效抑制肿瘤生长,这种观点己被近年来的许多实验所证实.本文论述了磁场联合抗肿瘤药物抑制肿瘤的生物学效应(包括对细胞生长活性、细胞膜、细胞周期以及荷瘤动物肿瘤生长、生存时间等各方面的影响),从离体和在体两个方面对近年来抗肿瘤药物结合磁场在肿瘤治疗中的相关研究进展作了简要综述.并就该领域研究应用中可能出现的问题提出看法. The tumor growth can be significantly repressed by combining magnetic field with anti-tumor drugs, which has been proved by a series of experiments. Studies of tumor treated with anti-tumor drugs and exposed to magnetic field from in vitro and vivo in recent years are briefly made, including the mentioned observation of tumor biological effect results involved in the cell growth activity, cell membrane, cell cycle and tumor growth and survival days of animals transplanted with tumor cells. Moreover the possibly problem of the clinical application of the research field was further considered.
