摘要
直馏汽油和焦化汽油属于辛烷值较低的低品值汽油。经裂化催化剂催化改质后,C3~C4产率可以达到30%~40%,其中C_3=+C_4=约占60%~70%。催化改质后,汽油族组成发生变化,烷烃和环烷烃含量降低,芳烃含量大幅度增加,从而使汽油的MON提高10~20个单位。
Straight-run gasoline and coker gasoline are poor quality gasolines with low octane numbers. A catalytic upgrading process using catalytic cracking catalyst is proposed. The experimental results showed that through catalytic upgrading gasoline motor octane number can be enhanced by 10 to 20 units; the contents of paraffins and naphthenes were decreased; and the aromatics content was significant ly increased. The experimental results also showed that the yield of LPG reached 30 to 40 wt% with anolefinicity of 60 to 70%.
