摘要 民办高校公共关系是指民办高校通过传播沟通手段实现和内部公众(学生及教职工)、外部公众(家长、用人单位等)的有效协调、交流,最终实现发展利益最大化。对外可树立良好形象,可逐步确立在高教机构体系中应有的地位,吸引更多高质量的生源和更多的用人单位来选才,实现良性循环发展,对内可整合成员的价值观,实现成员个体目标和学校整体目标的融合、统一,同时指引并约束着校内的各项工作。民办高校应从策划、宣传、文化三个方面去实践公共关系。 The public relations of non-governmental universities are mainly offered to make versifies coordinate and communicate effectively with their students and teaching staff inside the uni- and with students' parents and some employers outside by use of mass media so as to achieve maximum profits. For the outside public, the public relations can be employed to establish good images for the universities,to occupy a deserving place in the higher education system, to attract more and more quality students and employers to the universities, and to lead the universities into a virtuous circle of development;for the internal public, the public relations can be applied to unify the value outlook of all the uni- versity members, to make the individual objectives of the members and the objectives of the universities become consistent, and to guide and limit the tasks inside the universities. The non-governmental universities should practice public relations from the aspects of planning, publicity and culture.
