摘要
探索了以抽余C5馏分为原料与甲醇醚化制TAME的过程。试验表明,在国产催化剂D54型大孔阳离子交换树脂存在下,在反应温度60℃、体积空速2.4h-1、甲醇异戊烯摩尔比1.00、反应压力0.2MPa的条件下,抽余C5馏分中的异戊烯可与甲醇反应生成醚,异戊烯的转化率达63.26%,TAME的选择性可达99.61%。
A process to prepare TAME from the raffinate C5 of steam cracking and methanol was studied. Experiments showed that the raffinate could react with methanol to produce TAME with catalyst D54 which is a macropore ion exchange resin. The reaction conditions were temperature 60℃, pressure 0. 20 MPa, LHSV 2. 4 and methanol to isoamylene mol ratio 1. 00. The conversion of isoamylene and the selectivity of TAME reached 63. 26% and 99. 61 % respectively.
