摘要
炼油催化剂新产品研制与开发过程中,需要进行实验室的小试、小型评价装置的中试和生产装置的放大试验。为了以最少试验次数获取最佳配方结果,开发了一个均匀设计试验安排与寻找最佳配方的软件系统,该软件包含最佳试验安排、模型自动生成、计算机仿真。以分子筛催化剂优选配方为例,介绍了该软件的应用。
Laboratory, pilot plant and scale up tests are the necessary procedures for developing a new petroleum product. An uniform distribution and experimental design software was developed for the test optimization to minimize the tests. The software includes test optimizati0n, automatic formation of the model and computer simulation. An application example, optimized selection of the formulation of a zeolite catalyst, was presented.
