摘要
基于对AM-50掘进机悬臂摆动液压控制系统的分析,提出了电液比例改进方案,对改进后的悬臂摆动液压控制系统建立了数学模型,利用Matlab软件对该系统进行了开环控制与PID控制仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该系统具有良好的控制特性。
Based on the analysis of AM-50 type roadheader cantalever swing hydraulic control system, electrical-hydraulic proportional improvement scheme was put forward, and the mathematical model of the improved swing hydraulic control system was built. Matlab software was used to simulate the open-loop control and PID control of the system. The result of the simulation shows that the improved swing hydraulic control system has good control performance.
