摘要
建立了锥阀的三维几何模型,基于RNGkε-湍流模型,采用SIMPLE算法对两种不同锥角的水压锥阀的三维流场进行了数值模拟分析,总结了不同操作条件下两种锥阀的流场特性。模拟结果显示,锥阀内有明显的双蜗旋流动,出口压力的变化对内部静压力影响显著,而对湍动能的影响则较小。
Based on the RNG k-ε turbulence model, the 3-D/low field inside poppet valve with two different tapers was simulated by using SIMPLE algorithm, and the 3-D geometrical models of the valve were set up. The characteristic of two poppet valves flow field was investigated. Result shows that double vortex in the poppet valves is obvious, and the change of outlet pressure affects the inner static pressure remarkably, but affects the turbulence kinetic energy faintly.
