摘要
采用虚拟仪器技术,开发了针对越野车用液压缓冲器的机械式检测系统,介绍了系统的工作原理及相应的软硬件设计方案,并给出了实际检测过程中反映缓冲器特性的缓冲力-行程曲线图。现场使用结果表明,该系统性能稳定,数据真实可靠,有效地保证了液压缓冲器的出厂质量。
By using virtual instrument technology, a mechanical testing system for the hydraulic bumper was developed. The buffering force and distance curve in the practica! testing process was got, which could express the bumper character. The working principle and design methods of software and hardware of testing system were introduced. Results show that this system has stable capability and reliable data, which could effectively ensure the quality of hydraulic bumper.
