摘要
分析了影响数控火焰切割机自动调高系统运行稳定性及精度的主要因素,利用PWM控制技术,设计了基于模糊控制方法的自动调高控制系统。实际应用结果表明该方法稳定性能好、精度高,有较好的应用前景。
The main factors that impact the operating stability and accuracy of CNC flame cutting machine were analyzed. Using PWM control technology, an automatic control system based on fuzzy control method was designed. Practical results show that the method has good stability, high accuracy.
