摘要
综述了目前国内外水压伺服控制阀及控制系统的研究现状及应用领域,详细介绍了几种采用伺服电机、压电驱动器、电磁力矩马达、永磁直线力马达等新型驱动技术的水压伺服控制阀的结构与性能特点。论述了压电陶瓷材料(PZT)、电致伸缩材料(PMN)、超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)、形状记忆合金(SMA)、电流变流体(ERF)等新型功能材料在水压伺服控制阀中的应用特点,特别是GMM材料的应用优势。分析了水压伺服控制技术在海洋开发、核能工业以及需要精密成型及精密定位和高速控制领域的应用前景,并指出了今后水压伺服控制技术研究发展的方向。
Current research status and application areas of water hydraulic servo control valve and control system at home and abroad were summarized. Structure and performance of water hydraulic servo control valve, which adopts servo actuator, piezoelectric actuator, electromagnetic torque motor, permanent magnet linear motor and other novel drive technology, were expounded. Charac- teristics of novel functional materials such as PZT, PMN, GMM, SMA, ERF applied in water hydraulic servo control valve were dis- cussed, and application advantages of material GMM were introduced in particular. The application prospect of water hydraulic servo control technology in ocean exploitation, nuclear power industry, precision molding and locating, and high-speed control fields were analyzed, and its research and development orientation in future was indicated.
