摘要
旋转喷射泵是一种特殊的新型低比转速的泵。它本身有流量小、扬程高、结构简单、效率相对较高等优点,因而广泛应用于橡胶、石油、化工、冶金等行业。本文介绍了旋喷泵的结构及原理,总结了旋喷泵的国内外研究现状,并主要介绍了两个过流部件——集流管和转子腔的研究开发现状。对下一步研究方向做了深入的剖析,为以后的研究奠定了理论基础。
The roto-jet pump is a new type pump with low flow rate. It has many excellences, such as small quantity of flow, high head, simple structure, high efficiency, so they are used broadly in the industry of latex, oil, chemical and metallurgy. The structure and theory of roto-jet pump were introduced, the domestic and overseas research were summarized and the current research and development of two parts--collecting pipe and rotor cavity were introduced.
