摘要
通过手柄零件侧抽芯孔位发生拉花或者拖花的实际案例,介绍了在侧抽芯的滑块上采用延迟抽芯机构的方法,研究和分析了零件侧向孔位拉花的原因,提出了在抽出孔芯的同时仍有部分滑块压在零件侧面的解决方案,给出了实现二次抽芯延迟机构的具体方案,实现了拉花问题的完全解决,推出了一种新的可应用的滑块二次抽芯结构,得出在实际生产这种结构可成功应用的结论。
Through the case of the scratching on the side core-loosing hole for a plastic handle part, the method of using delayed core-loosing mechanism on the slide block was introduced. The reasons for side hole scratching were analyzed. When the side core was loosed, the plastic parts side was still partly pressed by the slide. This problem could be solved by the secondary core-loosing mechanism, which structure was elaborated. The newly presented slide mechanism for secondary delayed core-loosing had totally addressed the above scratching problem, and it has been proved applicable in practical manufacturing.
