汽车覆盖件冷冲模具三维实体设计研究

摘要 对汽车覆盖件冷冲模具的三维实体设计技术进行初步的探讨,介绍基于UG环境下的模具三维实体设计的基本思路,提出了模具三维实体参数化建模与三维设计并行理念,阐述模具结构实体设计各种类型的资源库及其应用,并结合汽车覆盖件冲模设计中的关键和常见问题提出解决方法,旨在提高模具设计效率与质量。 The 3D solid design technology of punching die for auto panel was discussed preliminarily, and the basic ideas of 3D solid die design based on UG were introduced. The idea of concurrent design was presented, which could make it possible to concurrently conduct the 3D solid parameterized modeling and three-dimensional design of the die. Different kinds of resource pools for solid design of die and their application were also introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the solutions to the key problems in the design of automobile panel punching die were presented to improve the efficiency and quality of die design.
