摘要 英国很早就开始关注初任教师的入职培训问题,二战期间就有了初任教师研修制度,以培养初任教师的实践指导能力,于上世纪70年代后期在全国实施,90年代以来又实施了一系列的初任教师入职引导政策,取得了显著成效,对我国初任教师入职培训及专业化发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 It is long since Britain attended to the career training of the new teachers. There has been a teacher educational system serving as a guide for the teaching practice even during the two world wars. The system is extensively used since later of 1970s in Great Britain, that is further expanded to the career training of the new teachers. Likewise, a great success is achieved.
