摘要
本文以TC6、TC11铁合金为研究对象,介绍了热强钛合金真空热处理设备和工艺规范,试验结果证明,真空热处理是热强钛合金理想的热处理方法,处理后的试验件表面质量、含氢量、综合机械性能均满足要求.
Taking TC6 and TC11 alloys as the specimen, the equipment and technological standards of vacuum heat treatment for high temperature strength Ti alloy are examined in this paper . The testing results show that the vacuum heat treatment is an ideal method for treatment of high temperature strength Ti alloys . The treated surface quality . hydrogen content and the comprehensive mechanical properties can meet the requirements.
