摘要
介绍了模具制造工艺流程;比较了新模具制造和传统模具制造的差异;通过实例,介绍了用UG软件造型及铣加工技术制造汽轮机叶片改型后的锻模,以替代传统制造工艺。
The process flow-sheet of die fabrication has been described in the article. The difference between the new die and conventional die fabrication has been compared with. The forging die of retrofitted turbine blade with UG software molding and milling has been demonstrated based on some examples so as to substitute for the conventional fabricating technology.
