摘要 介绍了炉膛燃烧三维温度场可视化监测系统在230 t/h对冲式燃烧锅炉上的应用效果。该系统投入后使炉膛燃烧从一个近似黑箱的系统变成一个基本可视的系统,能快速、有效地诊断燃烧工况的异常,指导燃烧调整和控制,达到减少污染物排放、优化燃烧的目的,提高了锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。 Application results of a visible furnace combustion 3D temperature field monitoring system to a 230 t/h opposed firing boiler are being presented. With the system, furnace combustion status became basically visible, quite different from its original invisible state. Thus prompt diagnosis of abnormal combustion conditions in the furnace became available, which would then provide information for necessary combustion adjustment and control, and subsequently result in optimized combustion, less pollutant emission, improved operational safety of boiler and better economical results of the unit.
