摘要
本文详细介绍了国内几种电极合金寿命试验结果,对焊接几种不同的航空材料推荐了相应的电极合金,提出了高温合金、不锈钢、碳钢和铝合金电阻焊用电极合金的最佳性能范围.
Testing results of the service life of some domestic electrode alloys are introduced in this paper. The electrode alloys which can weld different aircraft materials are recommended and the optimum properties of the electrode alloys used in resistance welding of the high temperature alloy, stainless steel, simple steel and Al alloy are put forward.
