摘要
面对人才市场的复杂形势,在激烈的就业竞争面前,大学生在择业过程中出现的焦虑、自卑、从众、依赖等心理问题,影响了毕业时的择业和就业。这些问题的出现源于社会的变革、学校的教育、家长的期望以及个体的差异等因素,为了使大学生能够顺利就业,必须培养其良好的就业心理素质,消除就业中的心理障碍。本文通过对我校医学生就业心理与择业观念的调查分析,总结了问题产生的原因,并提出了相应解决措施。
Faring the complex situation of talents market and intense employment competition, university students feel anxious and inferior, follow suit, and depend on others when choosing careers, which has affected their career choosing and employment upon graduation. These problems result from social transformation, university education, parents' expectations as well as individual differences. In order to enable university students to get employed smoothly, we must develop their good employment psychological quality and diminate their psychological barrier in job seeking. By making a survey-based analysis of job-seeking psychology and career choosing conception of the medical students of our college, this article summarizes the causes of the problems and proposes corresponding measures.
