复杂骨盆骨折教学中快速成型模型的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨快速成型技术制备的复杂骨盆骨折模型在骨科教学中的应用效果。方法采用M-300型快速成型机制备1:1等大复杂骨盆骨折模型,应用于骨盆教学过程中,观察学员对复杂骨盆骨折的理解程度和分析能力。结朵学员对骨盆结构的复杂性、骨盆与周围重要脏器之间的解剖关系理解深刻,对复杂骨盆骨折的诊断和治疗方法有了初步了解。结论快速成型技术制备的骨盆骨折模型在临床教学过程中可直观将骨盆骨折的真实情况展现在学员面前,可使学员真正理解骨盆骨折的情况,提高他们对骨盆骨折致伤原因和并发症的分析能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of rapid-prototyping (RP) model in the teaching of complex pelvic fracture. Methods The models of complex pelvic fracture with the ratio of 1 : 1 were produced by RP machine, and used in pelvic fracture teaching. The students' comprehension and ability of analysis were observed. Results The complexity of the pelvis and the anatomy between pelvis and important organs around were deeply understood by the students. They also had a preliminary understanding of diagnosis and therapy of pelvic fracture. Conclusion RP models of pelvic fracture could be shown to in the students vividly and lively, which is helpful for their real comprehension of pelvic fracture and ability to analyze etiology and complications of pelvic fracture.
