p185、p53、bcl-2和nm23H1蛋白在胆管癌组织的表达及其意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSION AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE OF p185,p53,bcl-2 AND nm23H1 IN CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA

摘要 目的探讨p185、p53、bcl-2和nm23H1蛋白在胆管癌组织表达的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测46例胆管癌和10例正常胆管组织中p185、p53、bcl-2及nm23H1蛋白表达,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果胆管癌中p185及p53阳性表达率均显著高于正常胆管组织(χ2=8.50、5.30,P<0.05),而bcl-2及nm23H1阳性表达率显著低于正常胆管组织(2χ=5.91、4.08,P<0.05)。p185、p53高表达和bcl-2、nm23H1低表达与胆管癌的分化程度、TNM分期和转移相关(χ2=4.00~6.88,P<0.05)。结论p185、p53、bcl-2和nm23H1蛋白可作为评估胆管癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the protein expression of p185, p53, bcl-2 and nm23H1 in cholangiocarcinomas (ChC) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of p185, p53, bel- 2 and nm23H1 in 46 cases of ChC and normal bile-duct tissue in 10 cases. The results were analyzed combined with clinical and pathological characteristics. Results The positive rate of p185 and P53 in ChC was higher than that in normal control (x^2 = 8.50,5.30;P〈0.05), and that of bcl-2 and nm23H was lower (x^2-5.91,4.08;P^0.05). The higher expression of p185 and p53, and the lower expression of bcl-2 and nm23H1 was positively correlated with the differentiation, TNM phase, and metastasis ofChC (x^=4.00-6.88,P〈0.05). Conclusion Expression of p185,p53,bcl-2 and nm23H can be used as reference in predic ring the biological behavior and prognosis of ChC.
