摘要
目的比较克氏针张力带与空心拉力螺钉张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨横行骨折的效果。方法将53例髌骨横行骨折病人随机分成两组,A组27例行切开复位克氏针张力带钢丝内固定术,B组26例行切开复位空心拉力螺钉张力带钢丝内固定术,对两组手术并发症及术后恢复优良率进行比较。结果B组术后并发症少于A组,而恢复的优良率高于A组,差异有显著性(2χ=10.439、4.160,P<0.05、0.01)。结论空心拉力螺钉张力带钢丝内固定是治疗髌骨横行骨折的有效方法。
Objective To compare two different methods for transverse fracture of patella. Methods Fifty three cases were randomly divided into two groups： group A, 27 cases, were treated with tension band wiring, and group B, 26 cases, treated with hollowed bolts and tension band. The outcome was compared. Results There were less complications （x^2 = 10. 439, P〈 0.01） and better recovery （x^2 =4. 160,P〈0. 05） in group B than those in group A. Conclusion This study demonstrates that internal fixation with hollowed bolts and tension band is an effective technique for transverse fracture of patella.
