摘要
在转鼓试验台架上进行燃料电池汽车的整车试验,利用阶梯等速法研究散热器的工作性能。试验结果表明,在不改变散热器布置的情况下,燃料电池在较低环境温度下散热很好,但是当环境温度高于45℃后,原有散热器的散热能力已无法满足燃料电池的要求,需要对冷却系统进行改进。
The complete vehicle test for a fuel-cell vehicle (FCV) is conducted on running drum tester, in which the working performance of radiator is studied under the step-constant speed condition. The results show that without the change in layout of radiator, the fuel cell works well at lower ambient temperature ; but when the ambient temperature higher than 45℃, the cooling capacity of radiator deteriorates, the original radiator no longer meets the requirements of FCV, and the cooling system needs to be modified.
