摘要 利用模糊自适应PID控制理论和方法设计了无级变速器湿式离合器控制系统,控制系统依据最优理论方法确定在不同工况下湿式离合器摩擦片间最优的压力变化规律,对离合器的结合与分离进行控制。台架和整车试验结果表明,相对原来压力按线性变化的PID控制,新的控制方法能更好地适应驾驶员的起步意图和路况,较好地解决了湿式离合器起步时接合平稳性和使用寿命等问题。 By applying the theory of adaptive fuzzy PID control, a control system for the multi-plate wet clutch of a continuously variable transmission(CVT) is developed, which determines the optimal changing rule of the pressure between the friction disks for controlling the engagement and disengagement of the clutch at different working conditions based on optimal theory. The results of bench test and complete vehicle test show that compared with original PID control with the pressure changing along an oblique line, the new control method can better respond to driver's intention and the road conditions, and hence improve the engagement smoothness in starting and service life of the clutch.
