摘要 首先建立了考虑静力、频率要求的车架结构拓扑优化模型。而后结合频率灵敏度,基于渐进结构优化方法,建立了一套优化准则和算法。基于结构最大设计域的固定网格有限元模型,给出了结构拓扑变化模型的处理方法和结构拓扑优化程序的实现策略。完成了车架结构的拓扑优化仿真设计。仿真结果显示出该方法的正确性和有效性。 At first, a topology optimization model of a frame structure with consideration on static and dynamic characteristics, i.e. with stresses and frequency requirements, is established. Then, a set of optimization criteria and algorithms are set up based on frequency sensitivity and evolutionary structural optimization methods. Based on the fixed mesh finite element model for the maximum design domain in structure, the treatment scheme with variable structural topological model and the strategy for implementing the structural topology optimization program are given. Finally a simulation on topology optimization for frame structure is conducted. The results demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
