The international organizations working for standardization, including IEC and ISO, are speeding up to formulate the specifications for integration technology of process automation system. The modification and new progress of IEC/TC 65 in standardization organizations for the field of process automation system integration are reviewed. The integration standard of enterprises and control system, the standard of fossil fired steam power stations, and the acceptance specification for process automation systems are described in detail. The series of standards for system integration is the summarized experience and enhancement of huge engineering practices. The research on this thesis is conductive on understanding these standards and their development, as well as extending applications of standards and the concept.
